Customer Service
SMARTT ENTERTAINMENT handles all the details of our client’s entertainment event including artist contract negotiations, air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, catering, technical production and Meet & Greet sessions. Our staff will be on-site to handle all of the artist’s requirements, manage technical load-in and sound check, produce the show, and take care of last minute requests or changes from the client or artist.
